TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms & conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund or store credit.

IMAGERY

Use of our images of models wearing the product is strictly forbidden. Any person, company or brand found to be using our imagery will be refused future products and may be prosecuted. Margot’s Boutique Worcester own the rights to all images being used on our website. 


ORDERING FROM US
Margot’s Boutique only delivers to customers in the UK. You are able to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order & correct any errors. We will send an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. 


PAYMENTS

Payments must be made before orders can be dispatched. Please pay online through the payment provider Paypal, Credit/Visa Card powered by Worldpay or Applepay If you experience any problems with payment, please contact us via the website or by email at margotsboutique_1@outlook.com


LIABILITY
No liability for any claim for damage shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within 24hrs of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor.

No liability for any claim for missing items shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within 24hrs of delivery.

No liability for any claim will be accepted in the case of goods differing in quantity or descriptions from the purchaser given on the order unless the vendor is notified in writing by the purchaser within 1 working day.


PRICING
If there are any errors on the website regarding price after your item has been ordered we will contact you regarding this error and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.


CLEARANCE
Items in our clearance categories are non returnable non refundable.  Items have been at a much higher price and are reduced significantly to make way for new stock.  Some items (very few) may have small marks on them this is a chance you take when purchasing clearance items. 


UK DELIVERY 
Margot’s Boutique only delivers to UK customers only. Orders placed after 3.00 pm GMT will be processed the next day

Hand Delivery will be made for all local shoppers.

Royal Mail delivery will be used for all other deliveries - this may take 3/5 workings and you will be provided with a tracking number. 


Delivery is currently free until Christmas 2022. After that the current rate will be applied. 


RETURNED GOODS
