Returns Policy

In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent returns policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!

If you're not totally in love with your purchase.  please contact us as soon as possible.​​ Please do not send any items back until your return has been agreed. Our team will guide you through these next steps.


Your drop dead gorgeous purchase must be returned within 7 days of receipt.


An exchange or refund will only be offered to you if the clothing is in perfect condition with all the original labelling attached and returned in the original packaging (Please look out for our external label). This must be still attached to return your purchase.


You must check your purchases, try them on without damaging and keep labels intact.


DO NOT remove any labelling or dispose of the original packaging.


We will not refund original delivery costs. 


The items that you return are your responsibility until we receive them.


Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your item/s.


We will not refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit.


All return/delivery costs are at your expense.


Items received after the 7 days return timescale will not be accepted for a refund and you may lose your purchase.
